Once Gerald reached the age of sixteen, he had already grown bored of the court lifestyle and had packed up to leave the house. Rarely venturing into the Citadel, Gerald has few allies in the place. As he is fond of ale, he is often kicked out of taverns fro rowdiness and harassing the bar maids. When he turned twenty Gerald took a bar maid for his bride but she died giving birth to his daughter. Because of his affection for his deceased wife and the fact that his daughter, Annalise, looked like a portrait of her, he sent her away to live with his father so that no harm would come to her. Now twenty-six, Gerald has become more of a wanderer than a future Duke.(At least 100 words.)

A rushing of mighty waves awoke the pale girl within the roaring Emerald River. Blue catlike eyes opened slowly but then widened as the frail body was thrown about as the young girl was thrown around by the rushing water. Coughing uncontrollabley as water was forced down her lungs, she grasped for anything to grab, after what seemed like ages the pale hands found a branch. Using the little amount of strength she could muster, the girl pulled herself to the shore. Gagging on water and gasping for air, the brunnette slowly regulated her breathing. The slight girl sat up and leaned against the tree that had saved her life only moments ago.
Inspecting herself for injury, the girl found that she could not remember who or where she was. "I suppose I will need a name to call myself for now, well as rain feeds the river that nearly ended my life, I shall call myself Reina."
The girl stood shakily, her white undergown was thick enough that no parts were revealed that needed covering. Her gown had bits of blue fabric attaced to it, she noticed that she had no belongings, not even boots. "I must have been ambushed by some unfavorable people. I wonder if a town is around here?"
Lifting her skirt, the young girl began to walk through the green valley beside the raging river. Wandering for hours, the girl finally came upon a small sheep village. Having no money to pay for an inn, Reina took shelter beneath a small shelter, sitting with sheep. Though the sheep were wooly and lively, the young woman shivered from cold, her clothing was still damp. "A fire would be lovely."
The girl sighed and thought of a lovely burning fire in her mind, suddenly her hands began to feel hot, she looked down and had to stifle a scream. Her hands were engulfed in blue flame, the sheep had moved as far from her as possible in the small space. "What am I?" Wanting to not waste this opportunity for warmth, Reina used the blue flames to dry her damp clothing. She focused on dowsing the flames and they vanished. Reina didn't know much about this strange world she had awoken in, but she knew that what had just occured should be kept secret.
Spiritus Draco: Gosh, it's toasty.
